Opportunities with Lily’s
Bespoke, person-centred and strength-based placements
Lily’s provides supportive, real-work opportunities for neurodivergent young people and adults, autistic people and people with learning disabilities.
Each opportunity is shaped around the individual’s strengths, goals and support needs. People gain practical experience while developing confidence, independence and transferable workplace skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving and accountability.
Our learning environments include cafés, catering, office-based roles and placements with partner employers. Hospitality may be part of the experience, but our aim is to prepare people for a wide range of future opportunities.
Placements may be funded through Kent County Council or, where someone is eligible, through adult social care direct payments. Funding arrangements must be confirmed before a placement can begin. If you are unsure which option applies to you, please complete our expression of interest form and we will help you explore the next steps.
