Be a Volunteer at Lily’s
From office staff to chefs, social media to waiters, we need you!
We have a variety of options for volunteering and across all our sites to help support our young people with their learning and development. This might be in the cafes, in our office or in the production kitchen. It can be working practically preparing food, making drinks or helping with admin related tasks. It can be a whole day or just a few hours helping with something such as putting furniture away at the beginning or end of the day in one of the cafes.
There are even some micro volunteering opportunities that can be offered such as sharing our social media posts to local groups/commenting on social media posts and sharing our website which can all be done from the comfort of your own home.
If you are working directly with our trainees then an enhanced DBS will be required and we may ask that the time is regular each week to provide the stability and routine our trainees may need in their working pattern.
Full training and support will be provided.

We welcome staff who have either experience in catering, barista, customer service or in social care as other skills can be taught and trained. It is important that we have a mix of staff who have different skills and backgrounds to support the diversity of skills and support needs of our trainees. We are a really friendly, committed team who work hard to achieve our social mission while having a lot of fun 🙂
