At Lily’s Social Kitchen, we offer specialist Neurodiversity Workplace Training, designed to help businesses create truly inclusive environments where neurodivergent employees feel valued, understood, and supported.
Our training provides organisations with practical tools and insights to better support neurodivergent colleagues and clients. Whether it’s understanding autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or other neurodiverse conditions, or learning how to implement inclusive workplace adjustments, our sessions are tailored to make a meaningful impact.
One organisation that has recently benefited from our training is Headway Kent, a charity dedicated to supporting individuals with brain injuries. After attending one of our wider sessions, CEO Jenny Walsh invited Lily’s to deliver a workplace training specifically for her team. She reflects on the impact it had:
“We booked this training as part of our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace. We were aware that some of our team members are neurodiverse and wanted to ensure they felt fully understood and valued. Additionally, many of our clients not only live with brain injuries but also identify as neurodiverse, making this training crucial in enhancing our ability to understand and support them effectively.”
